I'm an executive coach specializing in product management and leadership, on a mission to empower individuals and organizations with practical, tested strategies for building exceptional products.

With a career spanning over 15 years, I've honed my expertise in product and business strategy while building teams at renowned companies like Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and various dynamic startups. I'm an entrepreneur at heart, now building my own coaching business and previously building an Etsy shop with artisans I met while living in Ecuador. Through my work as a coach and instructor at UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, Digitale Leute, Product Academy, and General Assembly, I've had the honor of being part of over 10,000 product people's career journeys.

My most cherished career achievements include scaling Airbnb Experiences, creating a Masters Program in Product Management at MICA, and being invited to keynote at various product conferences.

I am an avid adventurer, a passionate traveler, and a green-thumb enthusiast. You'll often find me immersed in the worlds of art, hiking, reading, drawing, and even scuba diving, all in my relentless pursuit of learning and embracing new experiences. Fun fact: I've summited Cotopaxi, the worlds tallest active volcano, at 19,347ft above sea level!
