Julie is a leader in the dynamic landscape of Asian e-commerce. For 17 years, she led teams and crafted digital strategies that successfully capitalize on international business growth across a variety of international brands and online marketplaces. Her deep understanding of cross-cultural nuances allowed her to bridge global products into localized offerings that resonate with specific markets.
But a deeper calling beckoned.
In 2022, she left her successful corporate career and embarked on a new chapter, founding iQuest For Her (the quest to yourself). iQuest’s mission is to forge emerging professionals into powerful leaders. Her clients are primarily board members and senior executives in the APAC tech companies. Through iQuest, she focus primarily on women driving innovation and forging their own paths in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She worked closely with many rising stars - ambitious young female entrepreneurs, executives and leaders looking to make a lasting impact in the tech world.
