Hi! I'm Jenny. I'm a Midwesterner who has lived on both coasts and currently calls Austin, TX, home.
My career has led me to work for companies with great cultures, including Harley-Davidson, Marriott, and Airbnb. This experience has informed my coaching and mentoring style, focusing on the person as an individual, recognizing we all have unique gifts, and helping to tap into those strengths.
In 2018, I experienced a late-term pregnancy loss, a moment that turned my world upside down. I focused on myself and recognized that I felt the most joy when coaching, mentoring, or training with people (probably from years of competitive sports:)). I then completed an ICF-certified coaching program and began what is now my practice.
With over two decades experience in business and sales, I specialize in sales coaching and general life/career coaching, with an emphasis on how sales skills manifest in our everyday lives (relationship building, influence, negotiation). I've worked with Founders, Executives, Leaders, individuals putting their careers on pause, and everything in between.
My style is shaped by a fascination with psychology and somatic influence, working through grief, and the experience of becoming a mom (I now have a 4-year-old).
